For the better part of three decades, I loved my job.

 

But after working 25 years as an IT project manager for the healthcare industry, I noticed a disturbing trend. My colleagues were getting replaced by AI, one after another. I knew my days as a project management professional were numbered.

 

So, I went back to my roots.

 

Long before my career in project management, I spent five years working as a professional window cleaner, and it was an easy job to like: I met great people. I got fresh air. I was proud of my work every single day. Scrums and flowcharts are great (don't get me wrong), but this was different. It was... rewarding.

 

I chose to start BRING THE PANE in a return to the world of window cleaning—a trade I love for its personal connections, visible results, and the satisfaction of turning dirty windows crystal clean.

 

Every job is completed with care, pride, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
